ONLINE SERVICES:

Each family member will need to request an individual user name and password to use our new Online Service. To register for this service you will need to come into the surgery with your I.D., which can be a Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate etc.  However, once registered you would be able to book appointments and request presecriptions which would avoid having to telephone when we are open and possibly having a long wait.

Urgent Appointments / Minor Illness Clinic

Every day there are times allocated for urgent appointments which are filled on the same day only. If your problem cannot wait until the next routine appointment you will be seen at these times. Please remember the times you are given for appointments are approximate, as some problems do take longer to deal with then others and delays do regretably occur. The doctor could also be called out of surgery for an emergency visit - however if this happens we will keep you updated as to how long the wait is likely to be before you are seen.

If you would like to speak to a member of staff "in confidence" please ask to go to a private room.
