Practice Management

Mrs Sandra Jordan (f)

Sandra deals with the business, development and financial side of the practice.  She is in overall control of the day to day running of the non-medical side of the practice. 

Mrs Pamela Clarke

Pam is the Practice manager at The Wootton Street Surgery, which is our branch surgery in Cosham.  Pam is also our Complaints Manager and deals with the day to day running of the branch surgery.

Mrs Muriel Valerio (f)

Muriel is the Operations Manager, based at The Drayton Surgery and is available to assist with any problems in the absence of Sandra or Pam.

Secretaries -  Debby is one of our team of four secretaries who provide an effective and efficient service to the partners.  All of the secretaries are responsible for dealing with the doctors' typing, correspondence and patient queries

Faye (f)

Faye is one of the four secretaries who provide an efficient and effective service to the partners.  All of the secretaries are responsible for dealing with the doctors' typing, correspondence and patient queries

Caroline (f)

Caroline joined us in 2011 and has become a very effective member of the secretarial team.  All of the secretaries are responsible for dealing with the doctors' typing, correspondence and patient queries

Julie

Julie is based at the branch surgery at Wootton Street, Cosham. All of the secretaries are responsible for dealing with the doctors' typing, correspondence and patient queries

Mary

Mary has recently joined us and works on a Friday at the Drayton Site.  She is also employed at another practice within the city.
